Volunteer Fair

The PCS will be hosting the Volunteer Fair in September 2018. Additional information will be posted later in the Spring 2018 semester.
Note: Students, Staff and Faculty do not need to register to attend.

Who Can Attend

All UNM Staff, Students and Faculty are invited to attend! This fair is your "one stop shop" to find the best fit for volunteering!

Vendor Information

There is no fee to participate in the fair. We look forward to hearing from you!

Your display set-up can begin at 10:15 a.m. – we will provide tables and chairs. We will cover the tables in plastic if you do not have your own linen. We can provide assistance in helping you get all your items into the building while someone watches your vehicle so that there is the least amount of "hauling" distance we can offer. We will have volunteers stationed at the south entrance of the SUB that is just north of Popejoy Hall. Please use the Redondo Road entrance west of Yale to wind your way back to the closest place to unload. Being dropped off and picked up is truly your best option.

The cost of providing parking is prohibitive for us and although there is the paid structure parking near the SUB, there is no guarantee of availability that day. Visit the UNM Parking Services for more information.

If you are unable to attend and host a display but want to convey your volunteer opportunity message to the UNM staff, faculty and student audience, please contact us about getting handout materials to us from your organization that we can distribute. We will accept registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
